Using a Meal Supplement

My trainer wants me to make some changes to my diet. I can understand his reasoning. I have not lost any weight in the past three weeks. We both agree that I should be seeing some movement on the scale. He told me to introduce a meal supplement into my diet. I wanted to know what he would recommend and he gave me some choices. I decided to use the one he does. I ordered the meal supplement when I got home from the gym. I really hope this is what I need in order to start losing the weight.
