My friends and I meet at the gym each morning before work. We feel that working out together will keep us motivated and accountable. One of my friends thought it would be beneficial to us if we had meal replacement drinks after our workouts. She told us it would provide all the nutrients we need. I thought her idea was good and we all decided to try it. It would definitely save us time in the morning. I normally go back home to get dressed and eat before going to work. Now I can leave the gym and go straight to work.
