Today is Friday and I am late leaving for the gym. I have already called my friends to tell them I am on my way. I hope that one of them brought an extra meal replacement drink because I left mine at home. We are always bringing extra items in case someone forgets something. Last week, one of my friends forgot her toothbrush and I had an extra one in my gym bag. We have to look out for each other. I am sure one of them has a meal replacement drink for me. I am full of energy this morning and ready to exercise.
